Lawyers at Petro Canada needed a break from an intense two year project and hopefully a new way at looking at their information.  After three hours, the previously serious individuals were smiling and laughing .  Ties were loosened and notebooks had 'productive doodles' scribbled throughout.

The danger for most leaders in the workplace is to ignore the basic human psychology which has been proven time and time again.  Happy people are healthier and more productive in more creative ways.
