From Concept to Creation...

Ever since taking apart his mother's hair dryer at the age of four, Shawn Kinley has had an interest in how things work.

He got the hair dryer together again (albeit with a few extra pieces left over) and has been building, creating and designing for Television, Film, Stage and for Fun ever since.

Working with a variety of organizations, Shawn has developed effects, objects and environments from concept to creation.

Some Projects...

Calgary Philharmonic Orchestra needed unique displays and attraction for it's Million dollar birthday gala.  Shawn created  an evenings worth of fun (from a living suit of armour and animated "bust" to an Italian grafiti artist who created a giant polaroid picture of the party on a roman statue throughout the evening.

Loose Moose International Improvisation School was looking for a memorable environment for their "spectacle reception".  Within their constrained budget, Shawn created a psychedlic "happening" in under four hours.  (he also helped them develop a GIANT spetre puppet for a production of "Christmas Carol".  It spanned the stage and engulfed three rows of their audience.

Every year the Niagara Falls Fair and Fete fundraiser had done the same things they had been doing for years.  Shawn revitalized their event with 5 new ideas that entertained the families for the entire afternoon.

CANON Europe had their most successful trade show with a concept introduced and developed by Shawn.  The resulting "Corporate Circus"  was awarded official praise as well as a 40% increase in public attendance.

Your Project, whether it's a corporate meeting, a home party, an athletic event or other experience might be the next to benefit with a consultation. Let me know what you need.
